Fotolia - Fotolia's prices are pretty good and they have the best image filtering system I have seen. You can search by color, concept, collection, and price....yest price. Do a search and then filter that search and choose only images that cost 1 credit. Awesome! Click on the image!
Vectorstock - Vectorstock has the best prices I have seen for vector images and they offer free vectors too. They offer vectors for one credit...yes you read that right. You can download vectors for only one credit! Click on the image!
